Yes, almost all of my work is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Works that are not ideal for use in the microwave or dishwasher will be noted in the product description. Feel free to reach out if you are unsure about a particular piece. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have!

Typically, I ship works out within 1-5 business days.

Once shipped, the shipping time will be based on your shipping selection at checkout. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2–5 days for delivery, and USPS Ground Advantage takes 3–7 days within the U.S.

Orders shipping internationally may take longer.

If an item reaches you in damaged condition I will gladly replace it with a similar item of equal value. Damage must be documented within 3 days of delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund within seven days of receiving your purchase (by delivery date as listed on the shipment tracking).

Buyers are responsible for the cost of processing fees and return shipping.

Yes, while I frequently make pieces of the same style, each one is unique. Please, keep in mind that all of my work is handmade and will have unique variations in each piece.

I do my best to accurately document my work. Please keep in mind that some glazes, colors, or surface effects can look slightly different in different lighting conditions. Typically, I keep photo editing to a bare minimum to preserve the accuracy of the images shown.

For items meant to hold liquid such as cups and mugs, I provide measurements in the description of the item listed.

Measurements are rounded to the nearest ounce, and measured when filled to about ¼ inch - ½ inch from the rim to ensure the pots can comfortably hold the amounts listed.
